Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed. Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing to ensure the template meets your needs.

EU Right of Withdrawal 

Under European consumer law, customers are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period. However, an exception applies to our products because:

• Digital products are made available immediately upon purchase. By completing your order, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal.
• Personalized products are made to order and are therefore exempt from the right of withdrawal.

Order Issues

If you experience any problems with your order or files, please contact us within 8 days. We will do everything we can to assist you with any concerns or problems you have with the designs and we do our best to make sure you are happy with your final product!
